L&H Safety Management

The Challenge: Cala Homes are one of a number of major New Home builders that have kept L&H Safety & Environmental Management busy for a number of years. On this specific project, the Client commissioned L&H to provide expertise in Planning Supervision and Site Inspections to enable this significant development to be delivered on time, with minimum environmental disturbance and Occupational Safety and Health impact to Cala, the contractors and visitors.
The Solution: The process required a high level of involvement and understanding of the Client’s needs and expectations, together with an ability to respond in a flexible and professional manner. By initiating a consultation process at the early stages of this project with all stakeholders involved, L&H Safety & Environmental Management were able to identify many Occupational Health and Safety problems which may have caused significant delays to the development. Constant communication with the client and contractors enabled us to manage the process successfully.
