The Challenge
Due to mixed experiences with the previously supplied Health & Safety File, Derbyshire Mental Health Services expressed a desire to improve the quality and delivery of the Health and Safety File at the end of the Construction Phase of this project in order that the Client has a more effective document for future projects.
The Solution
Half way through the Construction Phase, L&H Safety & Environmental Management proposed a meeting specifically for the Client, Principal Contractor and Planning Supervisor in order to discuss the format, contents, layout and information required for future H&S Files.
With the client being pro-active at this early stage, the outcome was a robust and fully developed H&S file which fully met their current expectations and future aspirations.
